Refunds & Returns
Custom items are made specifically for each customer and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This includes all costs associated with custom work such as artwork and design time, mockup creation, product and material sourcing, customer communication, and the purchase of apparel or materials.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item arrives defective, damaged, or if the wrong size or item was sent due to our error. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include photo documentation.
Non-custom, existing design items may be eligible for return or exchange if unworn, unused, and in original condition.
